Producing Turkey Speaks in Van

The first meeting of “Producing Turkey Speaks” meetings was held Van. The meeting was attended by the Minister of Customs and Commerce Bülent Tüfenkci and TOBB, Hak-iş, TESK, Memur-Sen, TİSK, Türk-İş, Turkey Kamu-Sen, TZOB comprising Turkey-EU Joint Consultative Committee as well as directors and representatives of business community NGOs ASKON, MUSIAD, TIM, TÜGİAD, TÜGİK and TÜMSİAD.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, in his March 14th Doctor’s Day address, stated that the health sector is an indispensable area for all humanity and that employees in this sector also undertake a sacred duty.​

27,000 SMEs gained access to 2.6 billion TRY in funds in 3 months

The 'Respite Credit' project, which started with the support of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF), Ziraat Bank, Denizbank and the chambers and stock exchanges, has become a true source of respite for SMEs. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu has announced that 27,000 companies have used loans totaling 2.6 billion TRY so far and announced that loans are projected to reach over 4 billion TRY when the project is completed. Wholesale and retail, manufacturing, construction, transportation and storage are the sectors that are using the credit most frequently.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu urges expansion of high-speed train, airport and OIZ for Thracian region and Edirne

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who participated in the Joint Meeting of the Thrace Regional Chambers and Commodities Exchange with Finance Minister Naci Ağbal said, “Thracia makes good use of all investments,” emphasizing the region's demands for the expansion of high speed train, airport and OIZ. Minister Ağbal also said that he will do all in his power to have these demands met.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Kapıkule TIR Park with Finance Minister Ağbal

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, together with Finance Minister Naci Ağbal, visited the Kapıkule TIR Park. Minister Ağbal and Hisarcıklıoğlu were briefed about the work at the customs gate while listening to the troubles of TIR drivers.​

“We are addressing the burdens on employment”

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated in his speech in Nevşehir that one of the biggest problems of the business world is the myriad of burdens on employment and that they are providing solutions to this problem; that the government is providing salary, insurance premiums and tax exemption of new employees.​

Visit to the Susurluk Chamber of Commerce

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Susurluk Chamber of Commerce and met with Susurluk Chamber of Commerce Chair Ilker Kurt and Susurluk Commodity Exchange Chair Sefer Göçer as well as chamber members. Susurluk District Governor Yalçın Sezgin also took part in the visit.​
