Türkiye-Tajikistan Business Forum was held at TOBB Twin Towers with the participation of Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Industry and Technology; Sherali Kabir, Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan; Seyit Ardıç, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB); Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan; Nasimdzhon Anvarov, First Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan; and Nail Olpak, President of DEIK.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Board of Directors Treasurer Member and member of the Presidency Council Faik Yavuz visited the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Within the scope of the visit, he informed Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz about the cold storage warehouse to be built in Güzelyurt. ​

The second Western Black Sea Regional Meeting of TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Council, the first of which was held in Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was hosted by Çorum Chamber of Commerce and Industry and TOBB Çorum Women Entrepreneurs Council.​

During the first four months of the year 2024 the number of newly established Companies, the number of sole proprietorships and the number of cooperatives decreased by 18,6% , 38,8% and 4,4% respectively according to the same period of the year 2023.​

Corinne Fleischer, Regional Director for the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe of the United Nations (UN) World Food Program, and accompanying delegation visited TOBB.​

Within the scope of the Pergel Fellowship Program at the Capsule Technology Platform implemented by Konya Metropolitan Municipality, the activities of TOBB were presented to the participants by TOBB President Advisor Hasan Çağlayan Dündar. Detailed information was given about TOBB's technology management, digital and green transformation and entrepreneurship projects.​

In cooperation with TOBB ETÜ, ASELSAN and KTO Karatay University, 900,000 TRY investment support will be given to entrepreneur candidates with the BIGG GARAJ program carried out within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1812 Support Program. Applications started online.​

TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Council (GGK) Western Black Sea Regional Meeting was hosted by Çorum Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) E-Commerce Council Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Ozan Acar, President of the Council, with the participation of TOBB Board Members Selçuk Öztürk and İbrahim Burkay via video conference, Çağatay Yasin Karaboğa, Head of E-Commerce Department of the Ministry of Trade, GS1 General Manager Elif Müftüoğlu, General Directorate of Domestic Trade and General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance experts.​

Before the 80th General Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), TOBB’s commissions and boards met individually with the participation of TOBB Board Members.​
