M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, president of the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), said they will guide women entrepreneurs by establishing the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs, where women entrepreneurs who are role models will tell their success stories.​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu in Baku. “During our visit to Azerbaijan, President Ilham Aliyev received our Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry delegation. We have relayed our messages of solidarity and support.” ​

The president and members of the leading non-governmental organizations of Turkey's economy, led by M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), went to Baku for an extraordinary meeting of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Turkic CCI) with the “Special Agenda of Azerbaijan.”​
