The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu witnessed the wedding ceremonies of Alptekin and İrem, son of Mehmet Yurdal Şahin, General Manager of Incentive Application and Foreign Capital at the Ministry of Industry and Technology.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Şanlıurfa Technology Development and Education Center (ŞUTGEM), which was implemented by the Şanlıurfa Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of Karacadağ Development Agency. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the consultation meeting with chamber and commodity exchange presidents as well as women and young entrepreneurs who participated in Şanlıurfa Regional Development, Investment, Cooperation Forum and Fair.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the opening of the Regional Development Investment, Cooperation Forum and Fair in Şanlıurfa and the TOBB Venture Capital Anatolian Meetings, which brings together investors and entrepreneurs looking for funds.​

According to the Expenditures Survey conducted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and Visa, as of the first months of 2021 (January-April), card spending increased by 41% compared to the same period last year. e-Commerce, debit cards and contactless payment were the 3 stars of card spending, which continued to grow in the second wave of the pandemic.​

Hisarcıklıoğlu met with DIHK CEO Dr. Martin Wansleben, where he consulted on world affairs, German, Turkey-Germany bilateral relations and relations with the EU.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stressed in a message issued on August 30th Victory Day that this historic day is the clearest expression of our nation's independence and will to live together. “Our history has shown that our nation has not lived under the yoke of anyone, in captivity, and cannot. The Battle of the Commander-in-Chief, which was won under the most difficult conditions, is the best example of this.” ​
