Defense industry discusses its future and strategy
The closing of the Defense Industry Search Conference held coordinated by the TOBB Turkey Defense Industry Council and Defense Industry Undersecretariat took place with the attendance of the Defense Industry Undersecretary Murad Bayar, many military authorities and defense industry sector representatives.​

Telecommunications Council discusses incentives
TOBB Turkey Telecommunications Council held its extended council meeting in İstanbul. During the meeting attended by Incentive Application and Foreign Capital Deputy General Director İsmet Salihoğlu, the matters of telecommunication-informatics-software sector and incentives were discussed as well as assessing the process of translating the results of R&D into marketable products.​

The defense industry sets its goal higher
Attending the TOBB Defense Industry Council meeting, Defense Industry Undersecretary Murad Bayar stated that the sector has achieved its export and contribution goals set in the 2077-2011 Strategic Plan, and that in the coming term, especially in exports, logistical services and state acquisitions, growth of the sector will continue.​

The Coordination Council for the Improvement of Investment Environment in Turkey (YOIKK) Steering Committee held its 44th Meeting on the 28th of June hosted by TOBB in order to form the 2012-2013 action plans for the Technical Committees.​
