Request:
Every person or organisation who want to use an ATA Carnet, with a petition (added goods item list) which determine;
The characteristic, brand, number, weight, piece, price must apply one of the authorized chamber.
If they deposit to the chamber an ATA Carnet will be given.

Guarantee, Response as a guarantee:

-Cash (Turkish lira or foreign currency)
-Bank Letter of guarantee (Turkish lira or Foreign currency is possible)
-Government bond.
-Treasury bill.
-If the guarantee is put up in foreign currency, it must be total value of the carnet.
-If the guarantee is put up in Turkish lira, it must be fifty percent much of the total value of the carnet.
For the goods which will bring to the European Union, United States, Australia, Switzerland, Japan, Canada, and Korea which is put up in the foreign currency in the customs tariff number 71.83, 71.08 and 71.06.
The guarantee will be forty percent of the total value of the carnet.
