TOBB Board Member and Konya Chamber of Commerce Chairman Selçuk Öztürk the 5th Global Entrepreneurship Summit held in Marrakesh.​

Medication Tracking System (İTS) briefings and onsite visits were conducted for the GS1 Brazil President and the delegation accompanying him by TOBB, the Ministry of Health and the Medical Equipment Institution.​

Iraq Foreign Affairs Minister İbrahim Caferi addressed bureaucrats, academia, foreign missions and representatives of the business community at TOBB ETU. Caferi was hosted by TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz.​

Finnish Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Matti Anttonen and Finnish Ambassador to Ankara, Nina Irmeli Vaskunlahti visited TOBB. Anttonen and Vaskunlahti were hosted by TOBB Board Treasurer Faik Yavuz. Turkey – Finland economic and trade relations were discussed during the meeting, underlining the fact that there are opportunities for cooperation in the sectors of informatics, innovation, agriculture and textiles.​

The Iran Economy Seminar was held at the TOBB Union Center. TOBB Board Member Şahin Bilgiç, Islamic Republic of Iran Ambassador to Ankara Alireza Bikdeli and Development Ministry Deputy Minister Mehmet Ceylan made the opening speeches of the meeting during which, Jahan Persian International Investment Company CEO Mohammad Reza Jahan Biglary provided a presentation detailing the investment opportunities in Iran.​

The number of newly established companies, cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 27,61%, 60,00% and 28,87% respectively according to the previous month.​

District administrators of Eskişehir were informed in regards to the Specialized Vocational Training Centers (UMEM) Project which aims to impart vocational training and increase employment. ​

The SME Information Site has had 394,954 visitors in the last 12 months. The number of visitors in August, 2014, was 28,158.​

As a part of the UMEM Ability’10 project, the first courses in Ağrı have been opened following the work undertaken by the Ağrı Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ağrı İŞKUR Province Branch.​
