Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

URGE Principles and Practice Training was held with the participation of Ministry of Economy, General Directorate of Exports, Department of SME and Cluster Support, as well as the participation of 49 personnel from 27 Chambers / Exchanges at TOBB on the 6th and 7th of March, 2017.​

The sixth Institutional Development Program was held with the attendances of 21 Chambers and Stock Exchanges personnel and 72 TOBB personnel at TOBB on the 3rd and 4th of March, 2017.​

In a statement for World Working Women's Day, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board Chair Evrim Aras stated, “For societies to achieve a better level, women need to have their own power. For this, awareness is important. For a more powerful Turkey, men and women need to complement each other and move forward with mutual respect.”​

In February, 2,983 capacity reports were approved by the Union of Chambers and Exchanges of Turkey.​

The TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Committee meeting of the heads of provincial executive committees of the Black Sea Region was held hosted by Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce and Industry.​

TOBB Turkey Glass and Glass Products Industry Council met with the participation of Ender Yorgancılar, the Vice Chairman of the Board of TOBB as well as high-level representatives of the private sector and non-governmental organizations, under the chairmanship of the Assembly President Gizep Sayın.​

TOBB Board Member Şahin Bilgiç, Adana Chamber of Industry Chairman Zeki Kıvanç and Adana Chamber of Commerce Chairman Atilla Menevşe attended the mediation meeting held in Adana by the Ministry of Justice's Mediation Department and the Turkish Bar Association.​

Trade Registry Directorates 2. Briefing Meeting was held in TOBB Conference Hall.​

The second meeting of the Turkish Forest Products Council was held with the participation of high level representatives of the public, private sector and non-governmental organizations at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building under the chairmanship of the Council Chair Ahmet Kahraman.​

Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECO Chamber) Expert Committee Meetings have begun in Islamabad.​
